  • What services do you assist with?
    HomeStart assists with establishing the basic utilities such as gas, water, and electricity services. A trained consultant will also provide unbiased comparisons for all available options for internet, television, home phone, and smart home security systems.

    Yes, personal information is collected to process utility and entertainment service connections. The only information collected is what the providers require to establish services and what your client would have to constantly provide to each service provider were they to do this on their own.
  • Do you protect my clients information?
    Your client’s information is protected in several layers: 1. HomeStart is PCI compliant. The vendors for HomeStart require our services to have PCI compliance to offer their products and services. 2. Our database encrypts all personal data and is protected in a vault. 3. The database has double password protection and is also protected by two firewalls. 4. All personal information is purged 30 days after the client’s closing date and all services are connected or transferred.
  • Are my clients being charged a markup for these services?
    No, the prices and promotions are the same as they would see if they were to shop on their own. In fact, in many cases, clients will receive special deals and promotions working with HomeStart because of pre-negotiated pricing through certain vendors to HomeStart customers.
  • Do you sell my clients information?
    No, your client’s information is never sold. HomeStart only uses your client’s information for the services they elect to establish.
  • What is the process for my clients?
    It is simple! Through a very relaxed initial phone conversation, the client first lets us know the services they need and will then schedule a follow up call. A specialist will then reach out at the time the client requests to discuss all their available options and for the client to make specific selections. The specialist will schedule all connections and services according to the clients request, and will then provide a detailed summary to the client outlining service connection dates, account numbers, etc... We assist the client throughout the process until all services are connected or transferred!
